Our classrooms stimulate the child’s exploration, work and inquiry with a fully equipped Montessori environment in which activities are present for the full range of ages in each room. There are activities:
care of the environment and care of others (Grace and Courtesy)
Children understand where everything is kept, and they are able to choose and return things to their proper places independently and/or with the help of their friends.
We are currently accepting applications for the 2020-2021 academic year for all our authentic programs starting in September 2020. Special expansion discounts are available for parents registering before April 2020.
"The highest honor and deepest gratitude you can pay me is to turn your attention from me in the direction in which I am pointing - to The Child."

The role of the Teacher distinguishes Montessori from other educational methods. In a traditional daycare, the teaching method relies on a teacher-directed discipline to function. The educators in a daycare determine the activities that all children will do each day and will provide a time frame in which it will be completed. In Montessori the teacher acts as a guide and directs the children towards purposeful activities which are appropriate for their age and phase of development. In a Montessori school, children are encouraged to move about freely, exploring and engaging in a variety of activities of their choosing.
A major benefit of the Montessori classroom is the fact that there is a three-year age mix. This age mix helps to foster a sense of responsibility by encouraging the older children to mentor the younger ones. It allows the younger children to observe the more advanced work of the older ones. This in turn, promotes care and respect through helping and sharing with one another.
